Getting the Team Ready to Work

This module addresses getting the team ready to work which involves:

Getting the team ready involves orienting team members to project goals and the team’s objectives. Getting ready also involves figuring out how the team will work together and the processes and work sequences that the team will adopt.

Another aspect of preparation involves lining up resources and tools, and configuring the team’s physical workspace. Finally, getting the team ready to work entails helping team members loosen up their thinking and preparing their “mental workspace” for conceptual planning.
