The Value of Observing and Assessing
Observation and assessment provide the necessary information to improve subordinate leader self-awareness. Each subordinate leader should be observed and assessed on individual merit. Observing leadership requires skill, discernment, and practice to record accurate and descriptive observations with assessment.
