Establishing a Shared Team Identity
Having an elevator pitch helps the team establish a shared identity and communicate a shared purpose to external stakeholders. This particular exercise was provided by the U.S. Army Research Institute. The exercise has teams construct a statement that captures the team’s reason for being in just a few sentences.
