Prerequisite
Commissioned officers who have successfully completed a captains career course (CCC) and selected to fill a field-grade AOC 42H position. This course is open to the following personnel on a space-available basis: warrant officers and senior non-commissioned officers (SFC-MSG) serving at the Bde/BCT, Div/Corps, and ASCC levels. Personnel must be serving in, or be selected to serve in, a valid HR Management position and must complete Phase 1 prior to attending Phase 2 (resident).
