The purpose of this course is to train personnel selected as Senior Food Operations Sergants how to surpervise the management of a dining facility.


Prerequisites

Required qualifications for this course are as follows: Food service trained, in the grade of E-7 and or assigned to the duty position of Dining Facility Manager and Food Service Officer
