Purpose/
Scope

This material is designed for use by the Total Army School System (TASS) to provide Individual Preresident Instruction training for selected personnel to perform NCO Leadership Skills in leading soldiers and maintaing their Team.

The student should bring this material to the resident phase of PLDC. The information contained will be needed to successfully complete the resident phase. Some of the questions on the written examinations are drawn from this material.
