Soldiers recommended for promotion to staff sergeant (SSG) will be automatically added to the BNCOC Automated Reservation System to be considered for attendance to BNCOC. Selected by Human Resources Command (Active Army) or recommended by unit commander (Reserve Component). Qualified in MOS 15P. Meets requirements outlined in TRADOC Regulation 350-10 (Para 5-1). The first priority is for soldiers who have been selected for promotion and are performing in duty positions for which the training is established. The second priority is for soldiers who have been selected for promotion and are pending assignment to a duty position in their primary MOS for which the training is established, IAW AR 350-10 (Para 3-8). |
