• Put the head harness over your
  head after grasping the tab.
• Position the harness so that your
  ears are between the temple
  straps and the cheek straps.

Tighten the cheek straps one at a
time with one hand while holding
the facepiece to your face with the
other hand to maintain the seal.

Center the headpad at the high
point on the back of your head.
The straps should lie flat against
your head.
