• Put your chin in the facepiece
  chin pocket.
• Slip the head harness over your
  head using both hands.
• Pull the facepiece up onto your
  face.
• Grab the ends of the cheek straps
  with both hands adjusting the
  straps with a short jerky motion.
• Smooth the harness straps so
  they lie against your head.

Smooth the edges of the facepiece:

• Stroke the facepiece edges with
  your fingers.
• Push the edges against your face.
