 11.  Push the charging handle and bolt carrier together.
 12.  Join the upper and lower receiver.
 13.  Engage the receiver pivot pin.
 14.  Close the upper and lower receiver groups.
 15.  Put the handguards in place.
 16.  Replace the sling.
