Prerequisite
Students must: Have graduated from course: 2C-IERW (COMM CORE) (WO) (AVIATION WARRANT OFFICER BASIC) or other course listed in ATRRS.

Be a WOBC graduate, possess at least an interim Secret Security Clearance, meet Height and Weight standards per AR 600-9, and have proof of passing a current AFPT. This Phase 1 distributive Learning (dL) course must be completed with certificate prior to attending the resident phase.


How to
Access Product
Students must register in ATTRS. Computer-based Internet dL is used to conduct Phase 1 (hosted on Blackboard). To access this course on-line, follow these instructions: (1) Go to this URL: https://learn.army.mil/ (2) Login with your AKO UserID and Password. (3) Test your Browser with the button provided on the Web Page. Scroll down the page produced by the Browser test and ensure you can receive Popups and Alerts with the two test buttons on the page. This will place your AKO data in the Server list and you will receive a confirmation email with additional instructions for the course.(4) Log out and then send a new e-mail to Ruck.DL@conus.army.mil with "enrollment request for : 2-1-C32-RC (DL)" as the subject line. Send help desk request to Ruck.DL@conus.army.mil.
